JAMMU: Chief Engineer (Distribution) JPDCL Jammu on Thursday issued revised curtailment schedule for non essential HT feeders of JPDCL distribution till further orders.
The feeders are divided into four groups which are P, Q, X and Y.
The power supply to the areas under Group P and Q pertaining to STD-I, which are Residency Road, Dennis Gate, Parade, Medial, Secretariat, Wazarat, Barnai, Roop Nagar, New Subash Nagar, Sheetli, Dhounthly, Rajinder Nagar, Bantalab, Toph, Canal, Company Bagh, Muthi, Bohri, Udheywala, New Udheywala, Shakti Nagar, Talab Tillo and Canal-II shall remain affected from 11 am to 1 pm and 1 pm to 3 pm.
The timings of the Group P and Group Q shall interchange on successive days.
Similarly, the power supply to the areas under Group P pertaining to STD-II, Jammu, which are Nanak Nagar, Sanjay Nagar, Gandhi Nagar, Railway Station, Trikuta Nagar, Bahu Plaza, Mangal Market, Gujar Basti, Parts of Shastri Nagar, Model Town, Ext. Trikuta Nagar, Preet Nagar, Trikuta Nagar Sector-1, 3, 4, Adarsh Enclave, Marbel Enclave, 1 A Ext, Easy Day Lane, Sector-2 Ext, Digiana Ashram, Babliana Town, Gangyal, Chib Mohalla, Industrial Estate Digiana, Part of Digiana, Shastri Nagar, Part of Kunjwani and Gangyal areas, Vidhata Nagar, Bathindi, Saffa Valley, Maha Masjid, Sector 1, 5, 7, Deeli, Channi Rama, Channi Bypass, Chowadi, Chata, Parts of Channi Himmat, Ext. Trikuta Nagar, Qasim Colony, Kargil Colony, Narwal, Rajiv Nagar, Greater Kailash, Sainik Colony Sec C, D, E, F, Sidhra, Baghe Bahu, Gorkha Nagar, Bazigar Basti, Nai Basti, Ashok Nagar, Parts of Sanjay Nagar, Satwari Narwal Pain, Col. Likewise, the power supply to the areas under Group Q pertaining to STD-II, Jammu, which are Nanak Nagar, Sanjay Nagar, Green Belt, Police Line, Jammu University, Colleges, Railway Station, Trikuta Nagar, Bahu Plaza, Gandhi Nagar, Government Quarters, Shiv Market, Bahu Plaza, Shastri Nagar, Nai Basti areas, Langer, Marbel market, Swaran Nagar, Deeli, Grt.Jammu, Ambika Colony, Kunjwani HW, Bhawani Nagar, Basant Vihar, Sector-3, Adarsh Enclave, Parbeen Colony, South Extension, Khoo Wali Gali, Jeevan Nagar, Digiana Camp, Raina Colony, Apna Vihar, Bandhu rakh, Seora, Sunjwan, malik Market, Parts of Bathindi, Sector- 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, Gujar Colony, Parts of Channi Himmat, Ext. Similarly, the power supply to the areas under Group X in respect of STD Udhampur, which are Chenani, Rehmbal, Pinger, All Industry Feeder, Housing Colony, Generation Colony, Sheetla Mandir, Shiv Nagar, Hospital, Dabbar, Adarsh Colony, Jakheni Back, PHE, Power House, Kud, Jammu Road, American Hotel, Katra Feeder, Sundrani, Sugalghatti, Panthal shall remain affected from 7 am to 10 am.
Likewise, the power supply to the areas under Group Y in respect of STD Udhampur, which are Basantgarh, City, satyalta, jaganoo, Thill, Sataney, Ritti, Mansar, Salain Talab, Railway, Shakti Nagar, Forest Office, Pandav Mandir, PHE, Sansoo, Battal Ballian, Mansard, Garhi, Chintamani, Sim Sam, Aghar Jitto, Kotli, Railway Rehmbal, Serli, Trikuta, Railway shall remain affected from 10 am to 1 pm.
Similarly, the power supply to the areas under Group X in respect of Sub Transmission Division-IV (JPDCL) Kalakote, which are Rajouri Town, Jawaharnagar, DD, BSF, District Jail, Choudharynar, Ghambir, GMC, Army School shall remain affected from 7 am to 10 am.
Likewise, the power supply to the areas under Group Y in respect of Sub Transmission Division-IV (JPDCL) Kalakote, which are Poonch Town, Radio Station, MES shall remain affected from 10 am to 1 pm.
Similarly, the power supply to the areas under Group X in respect of STD Kathua, which are Kathua-I, Kathua-II, Ludan Chak, Kathua-IV, Kathua City, Janglote-II, Housing Colony, Kathua-VIII, Hiranagar City shall remain affected from 7 am to 10 am.
Likewise, the power supply to the areas under Group Y, in respect of STD Kathua, which are Janglote (Civil), Bagthali, Kathua-III, Kathua-V, Changran, Kathua-VI, Kathua-VII, lakhanpur, Hiranagar shall remain affected from 10 am to 1 pm.
However, the timings of the group P, Q and group X, Y shall interchange on successive days.
Meanwhile, the power supply to the areas fed from 33/11KV Receiving Station Chal, Ranjali, Ramkot and Gurha Kalyal and adjoining areas shall remain affected on December 16 from 10 am to 5 pm.
Similarly, the power supply to Mandal, Purmandel, Sandhi, Gurha, Utterbehni and adjoining areas shall remain affected on December 16 from 9 am to 2 pm.
However, the Executive Engineer Elect. Division-II, JPDCL Jammu has informed that the power supply to Apsara Road, Gole Market, Gandhi Nagar and adjoining areas shall remain affected on December 16 and 18 from 10 am to 2.30 pm.
