POONCH: Poonch District Kickboxing Association formed there administrative unit under the aegis of Kickboxing Association of J and K (KAJK).
The Poonch District Kickboxing Association (PDKA) is headed by Makhan Lal Bhaglal as President, Sanjeev Kumar Sharma- Vice President Sabar Hussain Billa- District General Secretary, Rajinder Singh-Technical Director and Jatinder Paul-Treasurer.
By showing dedication towards Kickboxing all the members of the association plan to organize summer camp for Kickboxing in which 300 students from all over Poonch District will participate as its first step to inculcate the sense of security and self defense among the school going children especially girls.
The main highlights of the summer camp are to teach all the minor/major techniques of Kickboxing (martial arts) to the young kids, Yoga and meditation, career counseling, recreations games and lesson on general physical fitness by experts.
The summer camp will be commenced from 15th to 25th June, 2015.
