SRINAGAR: Anantnag Police organised an excursion trip to Pahalgam for 150 students and teaching staff of Government Boys Higher Secondary School Bijbehara.
Abdul Jabbar SSP Anantnag and Ali Mohammad Principal of the School Bijbehara flagged off buses carrying about 150 boys of 9th and 10th Classes and the teaching staff of the school to an excursion trip to Pahalgam. The excursion trip is being organized by the district police for the students in order to promote nature trips among the youth. The district police arranged all necessary logistic for the excursion trip including lunch, tea, transport facilities, entry fee of parks and other refreshment items for the students.
Among others the flag off ceremony was attended by Ajaz Rasool ASP Anantnag , Mohammad Farooq SDPO Bijbehara and SHO Bijbehara.
