Dear Editor,
There is no law that states that the Prime Minister must hold a degree. In successive election affidavits, Modi has claimed that he holds a bachelor’s degree. His election affidavit says he holds graduate and post-graduate degrees. But if the degrees are false, as AAP alleges, there is a valid question of whether Modi lied under oath while filing his election nomination.
