Pir Inayat Ahmad Qadri promoted as Labour Procurement Officer

As recommended by the Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission, sanction is hereby accorded to the promotion of Pir Inayat Ahmad Qadri, Assistant Labour Procurement Officer as Labour Procurement Officer, in the Defence Labour Procurement Department, with immediate effect. The above promotion shall be subject to the outcome of writ petition(s)/Appeals/OAs/TAs , if any, pending before any competent court(s) of law/Tribunals, read order below.
