JAMMU: The ‘Kam Chhoro Hartal’ of PHE daily rated, ITI trained and CP workers entered the 89th day on Saturday.
The protesters are demanding regularization policy for the daily wagers/ITI/CP workers, release pending wages of the workers, create separate Wage Head, bring workers under insurance cover and provide compensation in case of mishap.
The Union president Tanveer Hussain declared that if government fails to resolve their demands till 13th December they will Gherao Secretariat on 15th December.
They appealed the workers to assemble at Press Club in large number for the rally on 15th December, 2016.
