POONCH: PHE daily wagers Tuesday held a massive rally at Parade Ground Poonch under the leadership of Faiz Akbar Chouhan district president Public Health Engineer PHE Poonch. While addressing president Faiz Akbar Chouhan said that all former governments have ignored them. He said that the issues related their salaries, compensation of their lands and other issued should be solved by government as soon as possible.
The protesters also said that the workers are working in the department since 1990 and many have crossed their age to fifty years, and department is now ignoring them, when they cannot do any more work. They said that all their genuine demands should be full filed on the priority base otherwise they will come on the roads along with their family members.
They said that all CB workers are still waiting for their salaries for 29 months, while 9 months have passed away the other workers to get their salaries. They were also demanding the technical grade for ITI training holders.
