JAMMU: Demanding regularisation and release of their pending salaries, large number of PHE daily rated workers, ITI and CP workers on Wednesday held a protest against the government.
The workers under the banner of J and K PHE, ITI Trained and CP Workers Association assembled at Exhibition Ground, here and staged a protest demanding their regularisation and pending wages. While speaking on the occasion, Provincial President of the Association, Tanveer Hussain alleged that despite three months time given by the government and PHE Minister their issues remained unresolved. He said, the workers will intensify their agitation if their issues are not resolved soon.
