Perpetrators of Bhaderwah temple desecration will soon end up in jail: Kavinder

JAMMU: Reposing faith in the SIT formed to probe vandalizing of Vasuki Nag Temple in Bhaderwah, senior BJP leader and former Deputy Chief Minister, Kavinder Gupta asserted that soon the culprits will be put behind bars to remorse their misdeeds. In a statement issued to media, Kavinder said that people of the UT of J&K should not fall prey to the nefarious designs of the anti-national elements who wanted unrest to prevail in the region by executing such spiteful actions. He said that police is already on the job and soon the truth will unravel with culprits ending up in jail. He said that the need of the time is to exercise maximum restraint against such ploys to destabilize peace in the region. He asked the people to have faith in the police as soon things will become clear and strict penal action will be taken against those who did this immoral act.
“Maintaining brotherhood and communal harmony is the most important thing during such situations as the intention of the culprits is to sway the people to create communal fissures and disturb the tranquility in J&K, which is not advisable under any circumstances. People should have faith in law which will take its own course and ensure that those behind this felony will face the fate”, he said adding that people should decode the conspiracies by those who are inimical to peace in J&K and maintain harmony.
