People, who voted for BJP feeling deceived: Manohar

KATHUA: The escalating hardships of public and lackadaisical attitude of the government towards the redressal of the problems had proved that the State Coalition as well as the Union Government had turned Nelsons’ eye towards public. Now the people, who voted for BJP and its associates are feeling depressed. PCC State General Secretary Dr Manohar Lal Sharma said these words while addressing meeting organised by Block Congress Committee Billawar at village Pajokay Chak. During the meeting, District Congress Committee President former MLC Subash Gupta including a large number of Ex-Panchs, Ex-Sarpanches and other activists participated and raised various issues pertaining to their areas.
People of the area apprised Dr Sharma about their sufferings and day to day problems due to non availability of drinking water, unscheduled electricity cuts, delay in replacement of burnt transformers, no sugar and ration in sale depots, residential houses damaged due to heavy rain and bad condition of roads. Public also accused the govt. over rise in corruption in every govt. Offices and open loot in Govt. offices for a minor task/work. They further said there is no check in corruption and nobody bothers to hear the genuine grievances of aggrieved.
Dr Sharma while interacting with the people said that the BJP Govt. in State and Modi’s Govt. at Centre is utterly failure in all fronts of developmental activities, giving justice to common men, in generating employment opportunities, fight against terrorism and Pakistan sponsored proxy war, maintaining law and order including restoring peace in the State, keeping check and control on crime on women and common men and controling on prize rise of almost all commodities in the country.
Dr. Sharma launching a scathing attack on BJP-PDP coalition for prevailing mess and uncertainty in State, regretted that during the last three years, the present regime has spoiled the peaceful atmosphere which was achieved by the previous government. He further said that after the formation of PDP-BJP coalition in 2015 they have crossed all limits in corruption in every field of public life and brazenly eroded sanctity and credibility of democratic institutions through their deceit tactics.
Naresh Sharma, Jagdish Dogra, Ex-Sarpanch Surinder Singh, Anant Ram Dogra, Ramesh Kundal, Parveen Bhagat, Retired Ranger Ajit Kumar, Kulbir Singh Pathania, Mohinder Lal Sharma, Madan Lal Toofan, Master Mohinder Sharma, Master Banarsi Dass, Ex-Sarpanch Kamal Singh, , Ghulam Nabi, Rameshwar Sharma, Ashok Kumar, Banarsi Dass, Bishamber Dass , Ram Lal, Bhagwan Dass, Sathi Singh, Swarn Singh, Sanjeev Mathur, Sunil Bhagat, Kapil, Tarsem Lal, and many other were present on the occasion.
