NOWSHERA : The residents of villages Seri and Deeng held a protest against the BSNL for its poor services in the area.
They said that though the agency has installed a tower in their village but it mostly remains non-functional due to which the entire system becomes off road.
The officials of the agency give a false excuse of non-availability of power when they have a stand by generating set which they do not use and save the fuel for their personal gains.
The villagers including Capt Parshotam Chand, Romesh Choudhary, Krishan Lal Panch, Tilak Raj, Sonu Kumar Sharma and others complained to the DDC Rajouri and the senior officers of the BSNL to issue suitable instructions to the BSNL officials to provide proper services to the users failing which they will intensify their agitation.
