Vice President JKPCC Mula Ram and General Secretary Manohar Lal Sharma were also present in the rally. Asking government to give due benefit to reserved category employees, Tara Chand said that reservation in promotion is genuine right of the employees and the government has made wrong interpretation of stay of Supreme Court on promotion to SC/ST employees, inspite of the fact that the Supreme Court has already stayed the J and K High Court’s order for denial of reservation in promotion.
