JAMMU: As per a handout issued by the Executive Engineer, Irrigation Department during the ongoing Kharief season water in main Ranbir Canal is running with full capacity and the public residing adjoining to the main Ranbir Canal is advised to move cautiously along the canal and desist from bathing, swimming and washing clothes to avoid any untoward incidents as closing of canal have great impact on crops at tail reaches.
