PDP pushing J&K in trouble for lust of power: Vakil
STATE TIMES NEWS
RAFIABAD: Former Minister Abdul Gani Vakil on Sunday said that PDP is pushing Jammu and Kashmir in deep and severe trouble exclusively for the sake and lust of power. He said that to appease BJP’s central leadership, Mehbooba Mufti and her team is deliberately facilitating RSS backed Central Government to repeal the special status of J and K. Former minister said that given the prevailing situation in Valley, PDP must clarify the present status of the Agenda of Alliance as well terms and conditions of such alliance, because Union Power Minister clearly and unambiguously rejected each and every demand or proposal in respect of return of power projects, sharing of their profit and even additional power quota to the Jammu and Kashmir.
Vakil said that chaos and confusion in entire J&K is PDP’s gift to people of Jammu and Kashmir especially in the backdrop of establishment of Sainik Colonies, Pandit Colonies, NEET and introduction of new Industrial policy. He said that BJP has fixed a deadline of 2017 for completely repealing the Article 370 as reported by Subramanyam Swamy, Member Parliament in an open Press Conference but PDP couldn’t afford to utter a single word against BJP’s posture for the fear of losing power. He said that overt and covert actions of the Central Government in this direction are visible now.
