JAMMU: In a Joint statement State Vice President National Conference Th Kashmira Singh, Rachpal Singh State Secretary, Babu Rampal Chairman SC/ BC Cell, Brij Mohan Sharma Ex MLC, Sheikh Bashir Ahmad Provincial Secretary, Gurdeep Singh Sasan and Jugal Mahajan on Tuesday castigated PDP-BJP coalition for plunging Jammu and Kashmir into great political and administrative crisis, saying the government seems to be rudderless as both the partners were working at cross purposes. They held Coalition Government responsible for mishandling the recent crisis and were working without the collective will and strategy. “It has caused tremendous loss in the development activities which have come to stand still. The coalition partners could not conduct any type of link with the agitated people and almost surrendered the will of the government. People suffered due to erratic supply of utility services like power, drinking water and ration to the people. The promises which they had made during the elections were proved to be a hoax,” they mentioned.
NC leaders also demanded the best possible treatment to the injured persons free of cost. The Central Government is also culprit in failing to control and guide the State Government and the security forces which has resulted into great loss of human lives, government as well private property amounting to crores of rupees, they alleged.
NC leaders appealed to maintain peace and brotherhood work for strengthening the bonds of amity, which has been a corner stone of this pluralistic State.
