PDP has ‘55 MLAs’, why aren’t they forming govt: NC
STATE TIMES NEWS
SRINAGAR: Even as the political deadlock over government formation in Jammu and Kashmir continues, National Conference (NC) spokesperson Junaid Mattu on Wednesday said that it is unfortunate that despite emerging as the single-largest party in the recently-concluded State Assembly polls, the government is not being formed.
“It is unfortunate that despite having the strength of 55 (Congress, PDP, NC) they are not forming the Govt. It is unbecoming of a single largest party,” Mattu told. Mattu made these remarks shortly after Peoples Democratic Party Chief Mehbooba Mufti met the State’s Governor over the issue of government formation in J and K. PTI
