NOWSHERA : In spite of large scale campaign against the traffic rule violations, the overloading of passengers in buses and matadors continues unabated. Where no lesson has been learnt by the transport agencies even after heavy loss of precious lives, the local police, the Traffic Police and the Motor Vehicle Department also go soft to this menace.
The matadors having the sitting capacity of less than 20 passengers, are seen carrying over 50 passengers including on its roof and climbing steps at the rear inviting the fatal accident.
People have appealed to the authorities to take suitable steps to check this menace.
