All Party Delegation ignored nationalist forces of Jammu region: SRS

JAMMU: Hitting out at All Party Delegation who was toured the Jammu and Kashmir State to get suggestion from politicians and civil society members aimed at showing a way forward to resolve the Kashmir issue, State President, Shri Ram Sena (SRS), Rajiv Mahajan, said that Delegation failed to meet the civil society members in the Jammu.
“All Party Delegation does not carry anything to address the years of discrimination against Jammu region and has no mention about our concerns over the neglect of the region in all spheres,” he said.
He said that APD ignored Jammu Province People Forum (JPPF), a conglomerate of more than 50 organisations engaged in the struggle for protecting the rights of Jammu, in the meeting.
Rajiv further said the some of the All Party Delegation members visited separatists, who provoke the Kashmiri youth to stop everything and take part in the struggle to make ‘Kashmir free’ from India, but they have ignored the nationalist forces of Jammu region which always fights for maintaining communal harmony and brotherhood in the State. Describing the visit of All Party Delegation as anti-Jammu, he told Home Minister Rajnath Singh that with the help of Jammu electorates BJP got 25 Assembly seats and formed government in the State. He asked BJP first address the years of discrimination faced by the Jammu region then focused on Kashmir.
