Srinagar: Supporters of Mirwaiz Umar Farooq on Wednesday raised Pakistani flags in Srinagar.
The flags were raised at Hawal area of Srinagar where a protest rally was organised at the spot where 60 people had died during the funeral of Maulana Farooq on 21st May 1990.
Mirwaiz Umar has been placed under house arrest.
As Mirwaiz Umer Farooq had planned to hold big rally Thursday at Eid Gah Srinagar, authorities are mulling to impose restriction in Down Town city.
