HYDERABAD: Batting strongly for BJP’s double engine government in Telangana, senior party leader and former Deputy Chief Minister of erstwhile J&K, Kavinder Gupta asserted that only extension of BJP Government in Telengana can come upto the expectations of the people. He was addressing an impressive gathering after releasing the poster of Vijay Sankalp Rally to be addressed by PM Narendra Modi on July 3, 2022 at Hyderabad, here at BJP District Office Manchiryal. He said that after getting fed up with KCR Government, the people of the State are looking for a double engine government in Telangana. “People are fed up with Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao-l government and are looking for a change and thus supporting the BJP. People are looking for a double-engine government in the State,” Kavinder said, adding that BJP will leave no stone unturned to provide everything which the people in the state are yearning for since last many years under the misrule of TRS government.
“Hundreds of people have sacrificed their lives for the separate state and BJP played a major role in fulfilling their wish. It’s party’s responsibility to develop the state. We are in power in the Centre. We are working towards the development of Telangana”, he said and accused the KCR government of having failed to fulfill the promises made to the people of the state.
Kavinder criticized the KCR Government for not fulfilling the promises made to public. He alleged that the Telangana government indulged in corrupt practices and that is the reason people are fed-up of this dispensation and have started galvanizing towards BJP.
Later, Kavinder visited Bugga Raj Rajeshwara Temple at Bellampalli Vidhan Sabha in Hyderabad and paid obeisance in the most revered Shiv Temple of the area. He also discussed strengthening of the BJP at grassroots level with the Telangana Urban Mandal office bearers and the Morcha Presidents.
