KATHUA: Kathua Police on Friday arrested one Sanjiv Kumar, son of Parshotam Lal, resident of Chak Sardar Desa Singh, Kathua for selling SIM cards without verifying the ID cards, not maintaining any record and on exorbitant rates.
The police said that these cards can be used by anti-national elements.
The police has registered a case vide FIR No. 340/16 under section 420 RPC for investigation.
