AWANTIPURA: One person died and six others were injured on Sunday when a vehicle they were travelling in hit a tree near J&K Bank in Awantipura area of Pulwama District in south Kashmir. The deceased was identified as Firdous Ahmad Dar, son of Ghulam Mohammad Dar, a resident of Kanipora Srinagar, said a police official. The injured-all residents of Kanipora- were identified as Nazir Ahmad Dar, son of Ab Rehman Dar, Shabir Ahmad Dar, son of Ab Gani Dar, Muskana, daughter of Firdous Ahmad Dar, Fahmeeda wife of Firdous Ahmad Dar and Haneefa wife of Shabir Ahmad Dar.
