SAMBA: A lady passenger died and one motorcyclist received injuries in road accident reported on the Swankha road near Gurwal Morh (Ramgarh) on Saturday around 4.30 PM. The auto bearing registration number JK02AG-8802 was on its way Swankha to Vijaypur when it turned turtle and hit a residential wall resulting injuries to the woman passenger. At the same time a motorcycle rider received injuries when the vehicle (JK21C-1152) was hit by auto leaving.
Both the injured were shifted by the locals to Government Emergency Hospital Vijaypur where the doctors declared lady brought dead while the injured Sahil Jamwal (27) son of Badan Singh resident of village Raipur Camp, Samba referred to GMC hospital Jammu .
The deceased lady was identified Asha Rani (62) wife of late Prakash Chand resident of village Kamala. Ramgarh police has registered a case in this connection.
