NOWSHERA: Continuing his streak of holding public grievances redressal camps pursuant to the directions of district administration, SDM Nowshera, Harbans Lal Sharma convened a public meeting at Panchayat Ghar Nonial to take appraisal of the problems and demands of the people and also to offer on spot delivery of revenue services stipulated under JK Public Services Guarantee Act (PSGA), 2011 to the public at large.
On the occasion, the SDM was accompanied by Tehsildar Nowshera Mohd Raiyaz and all other officers of Department of Health, PWD (R&B), PDD, RDD, PHE, Agriculture, Cooperatives ZEO, and other officers.
The people hailing from Nonial,Kanara,Chowki and other adjoining villages apprised the Sub Divisional Administration about the problems being faced by them related to ration distribution, power and water supply, road connectivity, education, healthcare and sanitation.
The villagers demanded upgradation of transformers, replacement of electric poles, LT and HT wires, blacktopping of roads and construction of lanes and drains.
SDM Nowshera gave a patient hearing to the demands and problems of general public and issued on spot directions to the concerned departments to resolve them at the earliest so that the people don’t suffer.
During the camp, 124 PRCs, 23 ALCs ,45 SCs, nine legal heir certificates, 39 Aadhaar card verifications, 19 income certificates, 13 unmarried certificates, 43 Khasra. Girdawri, 35 Jamabandies, 27 Misal Haquit abstracts and 23 Voter lists were issued on the spot during the camp.
