Dear Editor,
It is the monsoons, global economic scenario or international oil prices. The performance in this fiscal year was expected to be great, but the siphoning off of funds on schemes launched on a weekly basis and lack of any meaningful reforms have left the nation at the same spot from where it started last year. We elect a government and just watch it play with our money and give us hope for the next year and demand another stint of five years. Achhe din kab aayenge?
