NSUI protests against Modi’s silence over MP incident

JAMMU: Members of the National Students Union of India (NSUI), Jammu and Kashmir, on Saturday staged a protest to express outrage against the killings of farmers in Madhya Pradesh.
A large number of NSUI activists led by its State President, Neeraj Kundan gathered outside Head Post Office, Gandhi Nagar and raised anti-Modi Government slogans.
They questioned why Prime Minister was maintaining criminal silence over brutal killing of poor and innocent farmers in MP.
Neeraj Kundan said that it is a very shameful act on the part of Prime Minister that he has maintained a silence over the killings of farmers.
He said that the dictatorship of present regime has touched skies where opposition is being suppressed to that level where Rahul Gandhi, Vice President AICC is not being allowed to meet with the families of farmers.
“The situation is very much alarming in itself where the largest democracy of the country has converted to largest dictatorship but Congress Party will not tolerate this at any cost and has sacrificed in past and will sacrifice in future to preserve the democratic fabric of the country,” he asserted.
Kundan said that today we have posted postal letters to Prime Minister Office to convey a message via postal cards that why he has maintained criminal silence over the killings of farmers.
Raqeeq Khan, Ajay Kumar, Vishal Kotwal, Nitin Bakhshi, Kamal Magotra, Puneet Singh, Sunny Parihar, Ranjodh Singh, Ranbir Singh, Bhawani, Lucky, Gulzar Choudhary, Vineet and Suman were also present in the protest.
