JAMMU: A cleanliness drive was undertaken by the National Service Scheme (NSS) volunteers of GGM Science College, during the ongoing seven days Annual Winter Camp 2014-15.
During the drive, a large number of weeds were removed. Later the volunteers collected the polythene bags from the play grounds. The cleanliness drive was started by Dr. Satinder Singh, Nodal Principal, Jammu Division Colleges in presence of Dr. Rajinder Singh, NSS Programme Officer.
The principal praised the volunteers for taking keen interest in the welfare as well as cleanliness of the college campus and hoped that such activities inculcate the sense of responsibility in the students. The camp is being organized under the supervision of Dr. Rajinder Singh, NSS Programme officer.
