JAMMU: To clear the extra rush of passengers, Northern Railways (NR) on Sunday extended the run of Special Trains including Anand Vihar Terminal-Udhampur Special Express Train (04403/04404), Varanasi-Delhi Junction Tri Weekly Holiday Special Train (04931/04932), Jammu Tawi-Pathankot DEMU Special Train (04992/04991), Ludhiana Junction-Chandigarh Special Train (04418/04417) and Saharanpur-Ambala Cantt MEMU Special Train (04921/04922).
As per new schedule, the 04403 Anand Vihar Terminal-Udhampur Special Express Train will run from Anand Vihar from 18th November, 2014 to 29th November 2014 on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays (a total of 6 trips) and in the return direction, the Train No. 04404 will run from Udhampur from 19th November, 2014 to 30th November, 2014 on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays (a total of 6 trips).
Similarly, the 04931 Varanasi-Delhi Junction Tri Weekly Holiday Special Train will run from Varanasi from 17th November 2014 to 28th November, 2014 on Wednesdays, Fridays and Mondays (a total of 6 trips) and in the return direction, the Train No. 04932 will run from Delhi Junction from 18th November 2014 to 29th November 2014 on Thursdays, Saturdays and Tuesdays (a total of 6 trips).
The Train No. 04992 Jammu Tawi-Pathankot DEMU Special Train will run from Jammu Tawi from 17th November 2014 to 28 November 2014 excluding Saturdays and Sundays (a total of 10 trips) and in the return direction, the Train No. 04991 will run from Pathankot from 17th November 2014 to 28 November 2014 excluding Saturdays and Sundays (a total of 10 trips).
Similarly, the Train No. 04418 Ludhiana Junction-Chandigarh Special Train will run from Ludhiana Junction from 16th November 2014 to 30th November, 2014 (a total of 15 trips) and in the return direction, the Train No. 04417 will run from Chandigarh from 16th November 2014 to 30th November, 2014 (a total of 15 trips).
Similarly, following the new schedule, the Train No. 04921 Saharanpur-Ambala Cantt MEMU Special Train will run from Saharanpur from 16th November 2014 to 30th November, 2014 (a total of 15 trips) and in the return direction, the Train No. 04922 will run from Ambala Cantt from 16th November 2014 to 30th November, 2014 (a total of 15 trips). Composition and stoppages of the trains will remain the same as announced earlier.
