Dear Editor,
We, the habitants of village Rathian (Gole Mela) Udhampur beg to draw the attention of the concerned authorities regarding non-preperation of Aadhar Card in the village Rathian.Although most of the villages and urban areas of Distt Udhampur had completed the procedure of the preperation of the Aadhar Cards of their residents, the village Rathian was ingored due to some unreasonable cause.Villagers of our area tried their best to approach the authorities but of no avail.So, it is our humble plea to the concerned authorities to pay heed towards the woes of ours and take some appropriate step in our favour as soon as possible.
