JAMMU: New Industrial Security Agency (NISA), a global security agency, appointed Jamwal’s Synergised Systems and Security Solutions, first floor, 82 AD, Gandhi Nagar, as its authorised representative in the State of Jammu and Kashmir to facilitate the recruitment process for the willing candidates. This was stated by Dipanjan Chakraborty, the National Training Head of NISA in a press conference, here on Monday.
“As a prime Programme Implementation Agency (PIA) of National Skill Development Corporation, Government of India has entrusted NISA Global to carry out Project Udaan in the State of Jammu and Kashmir,” he said.
NISA Global will select 900 graduate boys with minimum 5ft 7 inches height from the Jammu and Kashmir State between 2016-2018, he said and appealed to the youth to take a chance and participate in the recruitment drive launched by NISA under Udaan project.
For recruitment, he said, candidates should have valid Aadhar Card issued from the State. “All the boys will be taken to NISA Global Delhi Udaan Training Academy in batches where they will be given four months classroom/ residential,” he said adding that after that they will be given two months ‘On The Job’ training anywhere in India at various business houses. After successful completion of six months training, he informed, boys will be issued a certificate as Security Executive as per global standard by one of the most acclaimed assessor and certification agency of the world ‘Industrial Qualification (IQ)’ of United Kingdom.
Minimum guaranteed salary is of Rs. 20,000 per month, he said adding that the entire process will be absolutely free of cost for the boys, not a single rupee will be charged from the selected candidates including their travel cost from native city or village to Delhi Training Academy. Every selected candidate will be given Rs.2,500 per month as training stipend, he added.
