New executive body of Betiya Foundation introduced

JAMMU: State President, Betiya Foundation, J and K Chapter, Urja Singh on Saturday introduced new executive body of both divisions of the State.
While addressing with media here, Urja Singh said that the main motive of the Betiya Foundation is to solve domestic violence, women harassment, dowry cases not only in Jammu but in other districts of State.
“Even though strikes are going on in Kashmir but foundation works smoothly under the leadership of Mudasar Bajaj along with his team members in the Valley,” she said adding that foundation also supported the girls who want to study but they do not because of not having financial support. She also added that Betiya Foundation promotes local talent of the State at national level.
Urja Singh said this foundation has its branches all over India with its head office at new Delhi.
Members who attended the conference were Narinder Sharma Vice-President, Sativnder Singh Treasurer, Sugandhi Goel Secretary, Ashima Sharma (PRO), Anuroop Pathania, Sonali Sharma, Trient Sharma and Rozer Sotra (Executive Members), Mudasir Bajaj Kashmir Zone President, Suhaib Mushtaq General Secretary, Mohd Yaseen Secretary, Adil Ali (PRO), Farooq Ahmed (Executive Members), Archana Sharma, Muskan Rajput, Prabal Sharma, Abhishek (Volunteers) and Meenu Mahajan (Brand Ambassder Betiya Foundation of Jammu and Kashmir).
