SAMBA: A total of 120 players of different sports clubs took part in Athletic Tournament, organised by Sports Development Society Samba at Nav Vidhya Higher Secondary School, Dhalote, here on Sunday. Neelakshi Jamwal was awarded best player of the tournament trophy.
Master (Retd.) and a social worker, Puran Singh was the Chief Guest on this occasion who distributed the medals and trophies to the winners.
The President of the Society, Krishan Singh, Secretary Vinod Sharma and Cashier, Narinder Singh were also present.
Final results: BOYS: Running 50 mtrs: Akshay Sharma 1st , Sahid Ali 2nd and Nitish Choudhary 3rd. 100 mtrs: Shakeel Ahmed 1st, Vansh Jamwal 2nd and Nitish Choudhary 3rd. High Jump: Amit Singh 1st , Vansh Singh 2nd and Nikhil Singh 3rd. Long Jump: Sahid Ali 1st, Vimal 2nd and Charnjeet 3rd. Tripple Jump: Amit 1st Atul 2nd and Nikhil 3rd.
GIRLS: Running 100 mtrs: Shivartgi Kundal 1st , Arti Sharma 2nd and Shivani Devi 3rd. High Jump: Arti Sharma 1st , Sunita Devi 2nd and Arika Sharma 3rd. Long Tump: Neelakshi 1st Manvi 2nsd and Nancy 3rd. Tripple Tamp: Neelakshi 1st , Nancy 2nd and Sunita 3rd .
