JAMMU: NCC cadets of Government College for Women (GCW), Gandhi Nagar, participated in Combined Annual Training Camp (CATC) held at Srinagar from 23rd to 31st March 2016.
Cadets won prizes and medals in various competitions such as Firing, Tug of War, Boat Pulling, Semaphore, Group Dance, Solo Dance, Group Song, Drill etc. Cadet Priyanka Choudhary got best cadet award.
Principal of the College, Dr. Kiran Bakshi congratulated the cadets and lauded their efforts for their exceptional performance and wished them good luck in all their initiatives. She also greeted the efforts of ANOs Lt. Revika Arora and Prof. Poonam Rajput for channelising the talent of the cadets towards a fruitful direction.
