JAMMU: The NCC cadets from different institutions of Jammu Division today appeared in the written test for “A” Certificate Examination for session 2015-16 which was held at GHSS SRML Jammu under the guidance and supervision of Lt. Col. Monisha-SRS Commanding Officer 2-J&K Bn. (Boys) NCC Jammu and Associate Officers Govind Sharma and Mohinder Singh.
The NCC cadets showed the enthusiasm and curiosity for the examination.
Third Officer Govind Sharma, Associate NCC Officer of 2-J&K Bn (Boys) NCC Jammu at Government Hari Singh Higher Secondary School Jammu and Lt. Col. Monisha-SRS (Commanding Officer) said that NCC is engaged in the noble task of nurturing the youth of the country into worthy citizens and playing an important role in shaping the character of youth by instilling in them the values of patriotism, selfless service, discipline and hardwork.
Necessary arrangements were made by K.C Khajuria, Principal Govt. HSS SRML Jammu and Lt. Col. Monisha-SRS, for the smooth conduct of the examination.
Sub. Major Partap Singh, Sub. Suraj Parkash, Hav. Riaz, P.I Staff of Bn and other ANO’s of different institutions of Jammu were also present.
