‘NC committed to fight divisive politics’

BANI: Assailing political myopism of BJP and PDP, State Vice President Th Kashmira Singh on Tuesday said National Conference has all along eschewed the tendencies of creating hype and instead concentrated on development, socio-economic transformation and implementation of welfare schemes for the benefit of people.
While campaigning for the party candidate Malik Ghulam Hyder in Bani Assembly Constituency, Th Kashmira Singh said that at Nanag Gala that history stands testimony to the fact that National Conference offered numerous sacrifices for maintaining unity and strengthening the bonds of amity between different segments of the society.
“We won’t allow elements inimical to tranquillity to vitate the atmosphere for baking their political loaves”, he declared

BILLAWAR: National Conference candidate from Billawar Romy Khajuria on Tuesday castigated BJP for indulging in false sloganeering and hoodwinking people, saying they had no agenda but to create division in the society.
“While BJP is divisive, the PDP has been whipping up regional passions by indulging in double speak, saying something in Kashmir and something different in Jammu, Khajuria said while addressing election meetings in the constituency.
