JAMMU: District Legal Services Authority Jammu will organise National Lok Adalat on 11th February, 2017 in the court premises of District Court Complex, Janipur Jammu.
The cases pending in the courts of District Headquarter and Tehsils of Jammu shall be taken and settled through negotiation, mediation or conciliation in the said Lok Adalat including Criminal compoundable cases, Negotiable Instrument Act u/s 138, MACT cases, Matrimonial/Family court cases, Labour dispute cases, Land Acquisition cases, Civil Cases, Bank recovery cases etc, Revenue cases, Service Matters, Forest Act cases, Railway cases, Misc Civil and Criminal Appeals / Revisions and Other petty matters etc.
Any person / litigant interested in settlement of his /her case/ dispute in the Adalat can file application to the concerned court on or before 5th February, 2017.
