SAMBA: MV International School (MVIS) on Monday organised a ‘Welcome Ceremony’ on the first day of the new session 2016-17 in its premises. The students were welcomed amongst the spiritual chanting of Mata Saraswati.
New students came along with their parents and participated in the ‘Tilak Ceremony’ and sought the blessings of the ‘Goddess of Education’.
Later the students participated in ‘Hand Printing Activity’ to create a memorabilia of this beautiful event of their life. Chairman of the School, Hira Lal Abrol extended his best wishes to the students, parents and the staff. He wished for everyone’s success.
Director MVIS, Gourav Abrol and Principal K.L Dogra along with the staff members were also present.
