MV Int’l shines in State Level Painting Competition

SAMBA: The students of MV International School brought laurels to the school by winning prizes at State Level Painting Competition organized by NHPC on the theme Energy Conservation at Brigadier Rajinder Singh Auditorium, University of Jammu. Prof R.D Sharma, Vice Chancellor, University of Jammu was the Chief Guest.
Atish Slathia, son of Parshotam Slathia of class 9th A got second prize of Rs 15,000. He has been selected for National Level Painting Competition to be held in New Delhi on 12th December, 2016. Raghav Dabgotra, son of Balbir Kumar of class 8th C and Lakshita Verma, daughter of Rakesh Kumar of class 6th C got consolation cash prize of Rs.5000.
All these students also received an amount of Rs 2000, a Bag, Tiffin box and LED bulb each for being selected in the list of top 50 students. They were honoured and commended by the Director and Principal of the school.
