Dear Editor,
The approval to the Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Bill, 2016 By the Union Cabinet is a step forward in streamlining the driving habits of the people.
But steps need to be taken to stop the practice of allowing young boys and girls to drive the vehicle before attaining a driving license. This needs conviction and determination by the law enforcing agencies. I hope it will be implemented in J and K also Article 370 not withstanding.
