RAJOURI: Rajorui Police recovered some more stolen items worth several lakhs from the two burglars who were arrested two days back along with stolen items worth over Rs 3 lakh.
As per reports, during investigation the burglars namely Mohammad Arshad and Abdul Hamied, both residents of Nagrota Palma, confessed about some more burglaries committed by them and also disclosed the hideout where stolen items have been kept. A police team from Rajouri city police post led by SI Jahanger Ahmed raided and recovered more property worth several lakhs. These include two LED TVs, one generator, one welding machine, three small stabilisers, three TV remote controls, one LED TV charger, two mobile phones, one room heater and two domestic LPG gas cylinders.
Both the arrested burglars already stand booked in FIR 217/2015 under section 454, 380 RPC at Police Station Rajouri..
