UDHAMPUR: Suggesting educationists to adopt holistic approach in teaching, former MLA and NPP President Balwant Singh Mankotia claimed that nurturing of moral education will increase the self confidence in students to deal with any situation in their future. A part from theoretical, moral education will make them internally strong with the in depth knowledge of self study.
Addressing the third annual function of Shemrock Fantasyland School Udhampur as Chief Guest, ex-MLA and NPP President Balwant Singh Mankotia applauded the working of the institution and has acclaimed in Udhampur District in few years.
Shemrock Fantasyland School is not an institution but a family where staff, parents and students are contributing whole heartedly and yielding the results, said Mankotia.
He claimed that being a fast era, every person is running for success and for achieving success parents, school teachers put pressure on their children to secure more percentage in their exams to become engineer, doctor and professionals . Educationists of our country from ancient time have provided different education which became learning for other countries of world but due to fast life style, we have forgotten our old traditions and culture.
Unfortunately there is no such education policy to increase the self confidence of the students and during odd days they lost hope from life which is very disturbing for everyone, regretted Mankotia.
Their confidence would be increased with nurturing of moral education, self study so that they can handle the odd situation in life and self study is the best option, suggested Mankotia.
