PAHALGAM: MLC, Sofi Yousuf on Saturday made an extensive visit to Pahalgam and inspected progress on various developmental works in the area.
On the occasion, MLC released Rs 2.5 lakh for the construction of Gaath, bathroom and drain near Jamia Masjid Akad, Rs 1.50 lakh for drain and spring at Malla Akad, Rs 75000 for a damaged house at Reshkulbal, Rs 3 lakh for road and fencing for Masjid at Reshkulbaland, Rs 7.25 lakh for other developmental works in the area from his CDF.
He also inaugurated fencing of Ziyarat Shareef Reshkulbal, graveyard fencing, two bathrooms and drain at Akad.
