UDHAMPUR : Continuing the post election tour in various parts of his constituency, newly elected MLA Pawan Gupta reiterated his slogan of development.
Addressing people in Jib, Neeli Naala, Badola and Pata-Thathi, he lamented the poor state of the roads in these places and assured them of speedy action to reconstruct these. He said that road is the lifeline of a place which facilitated delivery of basic public utilities. Construction of new roads and repair to the existing ones are the tasks at the top of his development plan. Further, he promised people of quality water and electricity services. He said that he is meeting government officials everyday to ensure that a good governance mechanism gets implemented and also thanked people for their love and declared himself obliged and heavily indebted to their generosity. He assured them that he will work day and night to pull this constituency out of gross negligence. He was accompanied by Raj Kumar Bucha, Rohit Sethi, Mohammad Ashraf, Advocate Sumer Khajuria, Sarpanch Puran Chand Sharma and Sarpanch Gurbaksh Singh.
