UDHAMPUR : A minor boy identified as Vicky Kumar son of Pritam Chand resident of a remote village Bainsta, Tehsil Ramnagar, district Udhampur is having a hole in his heart and doctors have advised him for a major operation.
Since the boy belongs to a poor family which is not in a position to bear the heavy expenditure of operation, his father has appealed to the social organisations and the donors to provide financial help so that the required treatment is provided to the boy.
