JAMMU: Municipal Committee Bari Brahmana in with collaboration with J&K Bank Branch Bari Brahmana organised 2-day camp for registration of street vendors i.e., Rehari & Pahari-wallas under PM Street Vendor’s AtmaNirbhar Nidhi (PM SVANidhi) scheme.
On the first day of camp, about 107 street vendors were registered out of which 72 were provided/ disbursed loan facility while rest of the cases are under process for grant of loan by the concerned Banks.
The Executive Officer, Jodh Raj appealed to the general public as well as to the street vendors running their business in the Municipal Committee Bari Brahmana to avail maximum benefit by registering themselves in the camp.
