Mass copying: ABVP seeks stern action against officials

JAMMU: Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) strongly condemned the incident of mass copying case seeking stern action against the officials playing with the career of students.
Pertinent to mention here flying squad from J and K Board of School Education had framed 14 cases of unfair means in Centre No. 1804 in Higher Secondary Part II (private/bi-annual) examination in Physics Paper at Government Hari Singh Higher Secondary School Jammu.
Briefing media persons here on Friday, ABVP Jammu Mahanagar Secretary, Deepak Gupta urged upon the government authorities to find the persons behind this episode including the role of the head of the institution who happens to be the overall inspector of the examination in the institute. Gupta raised doubts about the role of the Head of the institution without whose conniving and nexus with superintendent and other persons deputed to conduct examination, such large scale copying cannot happen.
He appealed to the government to take strict action against the principal, who happened to be the overall In-charge of the examination and the persons behind such acts.
Others present in the press conference included State Joint Secretary Mustafa Ali, Mahanagar Joint Secretaries Piyush Khajuria and Sunny Parihar.
