Maruti Suzuki Nagrota Premier League Tournament Bian 19, Dhanu 3 Heroes thrash opponents

BAJALTA: Bian 19 defeated Aithem Wazir and Dhanu 3 Heroes outplayed Kahnpur GREF Camp in the Maruti Suzuki Nagrota Premier League Tournament, an initiative of MLA Devender Singh Rana.
Winning the toss at Bajalta playfield in the Nagrota Assembly Constituency, Aitham Wazir decided to bat first and managed to score 97 runs after losing 10 wickets in prescribed 14 overs. Tara was the top scorer with 33 runs, followed by Bupinder, who added 30 runs to the total. In reply, Bian 19 comfortably made 98 runs for the loss of two wickets thus won the match by eight wickets. Razak, who played match winning inning of unbeaten 37 runs, was declared Man of the Match.
The second match was won by Dhanu 3 Heroes defeating Khanpur GREF Camp by 21 runs.
Batting first after winning the toss, Dhanu 3 Heroes managed to score 87 runs for the loss of nine wickets in 14 overs. Chasing the target, Khanpur GREF Camp was bowled out for 66 runs. Vikram Singh for his 24 runs and two wickets was declared Man of the Match.
The matches were officiated by Sadiq Hussain, Suresh Singh and Madan Mohan from J and K Youth Services and Sports. The scoring was done by Gul Mohammed.
Former Ranji Player from J and K, Kuldeep Singh Jamwal was also present.
Both the matches were played under the overall supervision of Faheem Tak, Vice President Take-1 Channel and Member Organising Committee.
