JAMMU: The government on Monday transferred Special Secretary, Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs.
According to the order issued by Achal Sethi, Secretary, Jammu and Kashmir Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Manoj Kumar Pandit, Special Secretary, Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs has been transferred and posted as Incharge Secretary, J&K Legislative Assembly in his own pay and grade.
“He shall exercise the powers delegated vide Government Order No. 04-JK(LD) of 2019 dated November 16, 2019. The posting of the officer shall not have any preferential claim over the seniority of any other person of the cadre,” it added.
