JAMMU: Manoj Heer, son of Manohar Lal, resident of village SM Pura, Ramgarh, Samba, a research scholar of the Department of Dogri, Jammu University, has qualified for award of degree of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Dogri. He has worked on the topic “Dogri Upanyasen Ch Chitrat Madhyam Varg (Ik Adhyayan)” under the supervision of Prof Shiv Dev Singh Manhas.
