JAMMU: Fortune Hotels presents ‘Mango Masti’, a summer special treat at Orchid restaurant at Fortune Inn Riviera, Jammu.
Showcasing the best of refreshingly new menu of mango based beverages, appetisers, main courses and desserts. The festival will run from 12th to 21st June, 2015 from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
The special a la carte menu features a variety of carefully selected beverages like Aam ka Panna, Mango milk shake, Mango Lassi, Mango, coconut and pine-apple smoothie. Mango Philadelphia parcels , prawn melon and mango salad, mango spring roll, mango chicken chat are some of the appetizers and main courses would include Prawn and mango skewers , Stuffed chicken breast with cinnamon mango sauce, Mango khozi curry. Alphonso cheese cake, Aam ki rasmalai and Aam ki kulfi are amongst the special desserts to be served at the Festival.
Speaking on the occasion, Gaurav Singh Manhas, General Manager, Fortune Inn Riviera, said “The Mango Masti festival will present food enthusiasts the entire ten days to savour the Season’s most revered fruit in a way which has never been before experienced by the Jammuites”.
